Resilience Inc Challenge

Official Rules & Regulations
Eligibility. This Resilience Inc Challenge is open to the general public. The Challenge is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. A DONATION WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING
Sponsorship. The challenge sponsor is Resilience, Inc which is located in Tampa, FL. Resilience, Inc and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Challenge, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Resilience, Inc. will conduct the Challenge substantially as described in these Official Rules.
Entry Period. This Challenge begins on Tuesday, September 1st at 12:01 AM EST and ends on Wednesday, September 30th, 2020. The second round will be Thursday, October 1st at 12:01 AM EST and ends on Saturday October 31st October, 2020. The third round will be Sunday, November 1st at 12:01 AM EST and ends on Monday, November 30th, 2020. The final round will be Tuesday, December 1st at 12:01 EST and ends on Thursday, December 31st, 2020.
How to Enter. During the Entry Period, visit the Challenge registration page located on Resilience Inc’s website at:
You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, and email address. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible.
Participation. Everyone is welcome to participate. There is no donation required to enter the challenge but would be very much welcomed. To enter into the challenge, answer the question: How have you been resilient?
The answer must describe either a certain instance or multiple instances in which the participant was faced with a challenge, overcame the challenge and demonstrated resilience. Participants are advised to research the word resilience and write between 250 and 500 words. The deadline for entries would be the last day of every month from September to December, 2020.

Limitations on Entries. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. No third party entry or entry through any Challenge service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Resilience Inc, will be qualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.
Prize: A $100 Gift Card will be emailed to the winning participant in September, October, November and December.
Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period. Four (4) winners will be selected randomly from September to December. The drawing will be conducted by Resilience Inc, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Challenge and these Official Rules are final and binding all respects. Resilience Inc reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award the prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Challenge, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Challenge rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winner will be notified by email and telephone in fourty eight (48) hours after the drawing on the first (1st) of every month. Inability of Resilience Inc. to contact winner by email and telephone within seventy two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Resilience Inc.’s discretion. Prize will be sent to winner through email gift card three to five (3-5) days after winner has been notified and accepted the prize. If prize is returned as undeliverable, then prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly drawn.
Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Challenge.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY RESLIENCE INC. OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CHALLENGE, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND RESILIENCE INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
General Terms. By entering this Challenge, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Resilience Inc. which will be final and binding in all respects. Resilience Inc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Resilience Inc. will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Challenge. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS RESILIENCE INC, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CHALLENGE. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Resilience Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or renumeration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
Winner’s Name. The name of the winner is available only within ten (10) days after the close of the Challenge. To receive the name of the winner, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Challenge Official Rules, please contact Resilience Inc. via email at info at MyLearningTools.org
