M.E.E.T. for Young Adults
A strong and healthy mind requires consistent exercise, just as the body requires exercise. Maintaining a skill requires repetition.
Young adults and college students who are taught to build their emotional intelligence (EQ) are more prepared to face the challenges of beginning adulthood, are better equipped to confront situations with a clear, and have a more positive mind than those who are not empowered with EQ skills.
Gaining emotional resilience will allow these young adults to face constructive situations with a steadfast mind and help them think thoroughly before making aggressive actions. They learn to recognize their emotions while also considering the emotions of others.
