Here at Resilience, Inc., we provide students with an opportunity to change the world, help others, secure school credit if needed, secure volunteer hours, develop skills, garner work experience, and learn a tremendous amount about the field they’ll be entering after graduation. Essentially, we help to prepare students to join the workforce.
What do we do?
Resilience, Inc. provides tools for individuals to achieve mental and emotional resilience, strong relationship skills, self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, motivation, determination, empathy, gratitude, and many other impactful life skills. We do this through a program known as SEL – Social Emotional Learning.
Our goal is to provide a SEL program for every Kindergarten through 12th-grade school in the country.
Why?
Providing a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) directly impacts problems such as low test scores, low student engagement, mass shootings, depression, domestic violence, divorce, declining academic performance, and lack of respect for teachers & authority figures to name a few. Our children and our society are in need of help and SEL provides the tools to directly impact outcomes.
